History

This home is not present on the 1908 atlas of Haverford, but it is present on the 1913 atlas, although listed without an owner. The Rowbothams moved into the home in 1918, as they had lived in Philadelphia at the time of the 1917 draft. They were subject of one of multiple burglaries in the area (bottom paragraph), although the house is misidentified as 15 Llandillo.
